Girls Make Games is a US based organization that offers a series of summer camps, workshops and game jams designed to inspire the next generation of designers, creators, and engineers.

Launched in 2014, the program has reached over 25,000 girls through GMG’s summer camps, workshops, games and books in 160+ cities worldwide. 


ABOUT THE WEBINAR

We’re thrilled to bring to your esteemed school an exciting curriculum that introduces participants to the world of mobile game development.

Through this interactive webinar, students will learn what mobile games are and what makes them fun. The session will also reveal the four steps of developing and a publishing mobile game: 

I. Brainstorm Game Ideas

II. Develop the Game (In Unity or similar Game Engine)

III. Export the Game (To test the game on Android or iPhone)

IV. Publish the Game (on Google Play and iOS App Store)

Participants will have an opportunity to post questions on chat as the webinar takes place. As a result of attending this session, students will build a foundational knowledge on mobile game development. They will uncover ways to acquire game development skills by accessing further GMG curriculum available on our website from the comfort of their homes. The session will also cover
