GMG x Unity Game Design Contest Rules & Judging
This contest is open to girls and non-binary kids ages 8-18 based anywhere in the world
Contest Deadline - February 1st, 2023
Limit one entry per entrant
The Game design may not contain any of the following:
Content that is derogatory, offensive, threatening, defamatory or libelous
Anything inappropriate, indecent, sexual, profane, or discriminatory
May not promote hatred or harm against against any group or go against the spirit of the competition
Copyrighted or published material that is not your own
Any disparaging material or remarks relating to the contest sponsors or a third party
Any material that is subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim
Decisions by judges are final and binding
Applicants will retain right and ownership of all contest submission concepts, design docs, artwork and related materials.
Judging Criteria:
A panel of judges will evaluate games based on creativity, quality of narrative, game mechanics, comprehensiveness of the game concept, and award bonus points for effort as well as uniqueness. The design submissions with the highest tally of points across all categories and judges will be crowned winners!
